Manager | Human Resources


About the Role

The Manager | Human Resources at Washington County Ambulance District is a manager level executive that works both independently and as a part of the Business Office Team.

The Manager | Human Resources will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer.

The Manager | Human Resources will lead the Human Resources of the district as a whole. The position provides coordination, administrative, and strategic coordination for talent management and benefits administration.

The Manager | Human Resources will function as the Payroll Clerk, Benefits Administrator, and Employee Onboarding/Offboarding.

The Manager | Human Resources will champion the Human Resources program to ensure efficient operations and processes across the program as a whole.

The Manager | Human Resources is an exempt, contracted position. Salary is commensurate with experience, education and credentials. A full job description is available upon request.
